Return & Exchange Policies
False Items Received:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to request a return after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original condition, with the original label and unused or unused, with a label. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage/ Defective Parcels Received:
Please check your order when receiving the goods. If the item or parcel is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and solve the problem.
As per our terms and conditions, please note that any damages to the parcel must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for further assistance. Any complaints or informs about the issue will be not entertained after exceed the given time frame.
After Sales Service:
Our after sales service is applicable for 1 piece per pair only, customers are able to claim one new piece same as the following design if there is any damage of defect caused to the goods. (This term is only applicable for damages/ defects that is not done by the buyer.)
After Place Order Item out of stock, we will contact you by changing another design or refund store credit. Item out of stock replace it within 48hrs, If not we will refund to your store credit.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. When your goods are lost on the journey, we are not liable.
*We do not allow return/refund of lens size or chromatic aberration. The color of the product may vary depending on the studio lighting used. Its color may be darker or lighter. *
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items, free items or gift cards.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation is not acceptable once the payment was made. However, refunds can be applicable if damaged of goods occur.
All refund will be performed in Store Credit only.
We have checked and confirmed the approved refund items will be provided only in the form of store credit. Store credit is to be redeemed in a single transaction only. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit.
Changes of Powers (Diopter) and Shipping Address
Eyes Powers/ Diopters of contact lens are allowed to change as per requests from customers within 24 hours only. Any changes that exceed the time frame will not be entertained.
Shipping address are allowed to change as per requests from customers for not more than 1 time only, extra charges will be charged if changes are made more than the frequency stated above.
